“Jaden, was very cordial & professional. He got my Jeep in for its scheduled oil change, tire rotation, brake check & general check up. The technician very thoroughly serviced my Jeep then suggested a couple things to consider on my future visit. I couldn’t help but notice how well run, spotless, the shop, office & entire property was which is the opposite of some other establishments in the area. This was a great experience at Heaths Cottonwood. All that & the charges were below their competitors. I’m impressed & they have earned a loyal customer.”

“I took my Honda CRV to Heath’s Auto for the first time. I was very impressed with their customer service, the comfortable waiting area, and they’re friendliness towards all customers seen during my wait. There is a large window in the waiting area to view the mechanics hard at work. They appeared caring & committed to details. I so appreciated the ride home & back once it was evident that my car would need to be kept for most of the day. I highly recommend them!”

“I had my first service at Heath’s to get my air conditioner fixed. They found my refrigerant was basically empty. They had the fore thought to put some dye in there so if it leaked again they would be able to find the leak. I’d recommend them and will be going back for a brake service soon.”

“Phenomenal Auto shop. Came in for a air coolant flush and ended up leaving with a new air cabin filters and an oil change. These mechanics know their stuff!! Definitely going back again and I’m greatful they were able to service my car in a short amount of time!”

“When my radiator decided to split on a holiday weekend I was really bumbed. I called Heath’s Tuesday morning and they got my truck in the next day. They kept in-touch with me throughout the process. Nice people. My only complaint is they don’t give an itemized receipt; not knowing what each part was and amt. leaves me in the dark. So with that being said, I thank Heath’s for getting my truck in quick and doing a good job.”

“We were 1000 miles from home and my 06 F350 cracked a head. These guys worked it into thier schedule and did an awesome job . Very good techs that know what they’re doing for sure. Test drove and tweeked and flushed coolant twice before sending us in it pulling my 38 ft trailer back to southern MO. Ran like a new one. Thanks again guys. Awesome place. I could tell by the full bays and parking lot that it’s a very popular shop. I can see why.”

“Quick and friendly service. I asked them to look at two specific things; the second was going to cost significantly more than I wanted to pay, and honestly didn’t really care about. Before proceeding, the team called me to let me know the costs so that there were no surprises. They team was direct, honest, and did very great work and a very reasonable price. Will definitely be going back.”
